This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and it felt like I got more than what I paid for. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable. From the well-maintained rooms to the well-equipped kitchen in the apartments, everything was well thought out. Lastly, the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. It was in close proximity to the city's bustling red light district, making it easy to explore the vibrant nightlife. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided impeccable service, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All was satisfactory during my stay.

The staff were very friendly, the room facilities were great, with kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen tv and dvd players, Ipod docs and other home comforts like hairdryers. It was nice to have my room cleaned every day!
However the breakfast included was not great, mainly suited to Muslim and Asians. The childrens play room was not very exciting, and I would not call this a children's hotel, as it was fairly limiting in things to do.

Excellent apartment , great location and the most courteous staff I have ever come across. Well maintained apartment with all facilities .
Parents with young children should be careful as they charge heavily in case any problem arises with their belongings ,my 10 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed and they charged 2500 Thai baths . Breakfast is very poor if you compare it to Thai standards. No tv in childrens' room .

I recently stayed at Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok and had a great experience overall. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and responsive to my needs. When I encountered an issue with the room upon check-in, they quickly resolved it and even upgraded me to a better room. The level of service recovery was impressive and it made my stay much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok to others.

Attentive, hospitable, helpful always smiling staff had made my long stay at the hotel seamless and enjoyable adding to the comfort of spacious apartments full of all necessary appliances. The location is prime with the level of privacy and serenity the hotel provide in the middle of a very busy and loud tourist area.
